Warranty

All of our mowers come with a 12 month parts breakdown warranty, please note labour costs are not covered in the warranty, these machines are very easy to repair and change parts so in the unlikely event of a breakdown, full instructions and a video call can be given to help you repair your machine.

We stock common spares for these machines so upon a warranty claim and diagnosis, new common parts can be sent out within a few days, other less common spares can be sent out within 1-2 weeks.Upon the sale of your mower you will be supplied with a service and prestart inspection booklet, you must use this booklet to record the services and demonstrate that the machine has been maintained properly, failure to maintain your machine properly could result in your warranty to be void.

Machines that have been damaged due to abuse or incorrectly operated will not be covered under the warranty.
